I was away from my home for more than 6 months. Coming back, I found that my iMac 27 inches that worked fine with El Capitan can be downloaded. So, I was happy to try it. Now it is frozen with gray color. I used First aid utility and it run fine. A major problem was in finding the partition function is not functioning. This brought new problems. In trying to solve my frozen iMac, I made something wrong things that brought a failure of First Aid running for OSX. In checking iMac system, I found it of OSX10.11.6. Going to my registraton in my apple account, I found it OSX10.7.5. I was happy with El Capitan, and my questions are:1) Is there a way to go back to El Capitan?2) Can I make the utility partition active?3) Is there a way to make First Aid runsuccessfully for OSX?I do appreciate very much your care and help.
this exactly is my problem, tried to search online but could not find any fix.. Just heard that apple is releasing an update of Sierra (Beta version already rolled out) and hope our issue gets fixed there!!
Apple MainStage 3 v3.0.1 MAC OSX
Download: https://tinurli.com/2vH3WW
After the upgrade to MacOS Sierra I can no longer file share or screen share between my MacBook Pro and my iMac using apple id. I am able to connect as a registered user, but somehow it broke the apple id usability. I have tried everything I could find on the internet, including log out of apple id on both machines, go into settings and go into users and groups and right click on admin user and go into advanced options and make sure that the apple id appears there. I have all the sharing options turned on.
I have a similar issue. I am trying to screen share and file share between my two macs using apple id, however when i choose the connect as using apple id it just shakes and does not let me proceed. I have done all the steps that you are listing here to no avail.
same here! seems to be GUI crash, mayor fail if u ask me, watching movies, netflix or any source, is a simple enough test to do before something is released. Does apple think that we are actually switch to only using itunes store???XD

The paper deals with the development of a design method for a servo component in the frequency domain using singular values and its application to a reusable rocket engine. A general methodology used to design a class of linear multivariable controllers for intelligent control systems is presented. Focus is placed on performance and robustness characteristics, and an estimator design performed in the framework of the Kalman-filter formalism with emphasis on using a sensor set different from the commanded values is discussed. It is noted that loop transfer recovery modifies the nominal plant noise intensities in order to obtain the desired degree of robustness to uncertainty reflected at the plant input. Simulation results demonstrating the performance of the linear design on a nonlinear engine model over all power levels during mainstage operation are discussed.
A design method for a servo compensator is developed in the frequency domain using singular values. The method is applied to a reusable rocket engine. An intelligent control system for reusable rocket engines was proposed which includes a diagnostic system, a control system, and an intelligent coordinator which determines engine control strategies based on the identified failure modes. The method provides a means of generating various linear multivariable controllers capable of meeting performance and robustness specifications and accommodating failure modes identified by the diagnostic system. Command following with set point control is necessary for engine operation. A Kalman filter reconstructs the state while loop transfer recovery recovers the required degree of robustness while maintaining satisfactory rejection of sensor noise from the command error. The approach is applied to the design of a controller for a rocket engine satisfying performance constraints in the frequency domain. Simulation results demonstrate the performance of the linear design on a nonlinear engine model over all power levels during mainstage operation.
Ethylene biosynthesis in plants involves different 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid synthase (ACS) genes. The regulation of each ACS gene during fruit development is unclear. Here, we characterized another apple (Malusdomestica) ACS gene, MdACS6. The transcript of MdACS6 was observed not only in fruits but also in other tissues. During fruit development, MdACS6 was initiated at a much earlier stage, whereas MdACS3a and MdACS1 began to be expressed at 35 d before harvest and immediateley after harvest, respectively. Moreover, the enzyme activity of MdACS6 was significantly lower than that of MdACS3a and MdACS1, accounting for the low ethylene biosynthesis in young fruits. Overexpression of MdACS6 (MdACS6-OE) by transient assay in apple showed enhanced ethylene production, and MdACS3a was induced in MdACS6-OE fruits but not in control fruits. In MdACS6 apple fruits silenced by the virus-induced gene silencing (VIGS) system (MdACS6-AN), neither ethylene production nor MdACS3a transcript was detectable. In order to explore the mechanism through which MdACS3a was induced in MdACS6-OE fruits, we investigated the expression of apple ethylene-responsive factor (ERF) genes. The results showed that the expression of MdERF2 was induced in MdACS6-OE fruits and inhibited in MdACS6-AN fruits. Yeast one-hybrid assay showed that MdERF2 protein could bind to the promoter of MdACS3a. Moreover, down-regulation of MdERF2 in apple flesh callus led to a decrease of MdACS3a expression, demonstrating the regulation of MdERF2 on MdACS3a. The mechanism through which MdACS6 regulates the action of MdACS3a was discussed. The Author 2015. Published by Oxford University Press on behalf of Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists.
